      Pricesly.

In the Katsidis fight, Katisids is trying his absolute best to make it an inside fight, that's what he wants.

But Marquez won't let him, he's constantly taking little half steps back out of range to keep distance and unloading combinations from that range.

Constantly stepping back to make distance. That's Marquez's game, that's why he excels against aggressive fighter and doesn't against guys who don't play his game.

Porter is great at pressuring you. His wide punches is why Kell Brook beat him with crisp shots.

I wouldn't say Porter was good on the inside either but I guess he is effective at imposing himself on the inside against fighters with zero inside game that don't know how too clinch.
Yeah Porter isn't really an inside fighter. He's got that herky jerky/in and out Bradley style. Against Alexander and Paulie he just used his foot speed, landed that leaping hook and just ****** them to the body in the clinch.

When I think inside fighting I think, rolling and slipping and being able to land short crisp punches in the pocket. Porter doesn't really do that.

I've seen all of his fights since alexander, care to tell me a fight he's illustrated annual significant inside dominance. Because I really can't think of a single one.

He's not an inside fighter in terms of that being his calling card but can he fight on the inside when need be? Most definitely. In fact, I'd go so far as to see he is a better fighter when he closes down range rather than being at range, look at guys like Bradley and John outboxing him, they did it at range. JMM is a same time counter puncher who likes to get in a scrap, being on the inside helps with that sort of style.

i dont know about that dominance sht but matthysse vs humberto soto had plenty of inside fighting moments with slipping, countering, short uppercuts and hooks, spinning and punching, the whole sha****

matthysse fights like a much better brandon rios in that fight

No, JMM is not an infighter at all and I barely seem him do it. In fact, he avoids it. Are we talking about the same thing?

                    Not many do these days.

                    Back to your earlier point.

Not many fighters seen to have that skill.

I think Broner's inside game is decent.

I don't rate him highly but he does seen to have decent inside skills, looks very good inside against Demarco.

He's not overly good obviously but seems to have basic skills.

Matthysse usually starts off boxing, feeling his opponent out and ramps it up. He can do a bit of everything but I feel he is clearly a pressure fighter.

Depends how you access styles I guess. To me a pressure fighter is someone who comes forward, constantly making you work with regard for their defense.
A brawler pretty much the same with no regard for defense ala Brandon Rios.

As for the question above; John Molina, he did some beautiful work on the inside in that fight. Soto, Ajose Olusegun, Corley.
