Pac even eventually gave into Floyd's 14 day cut-off but Floyd said it was too late (agreed like a week after Floyd said it).

Then there was the moderator that got called in and details from those moderated negotiations were never released but the conclusion was the two parties did not agree due to testing terms. All this 30/14/he-said/she-said BS is just that, publicity BS.

14 days wasn't really Mayweather's offer, it was more of a compromise, an attempt to somewhat meet down the middle as Pacquiao was looking for 30 days. Also, Pacquiao didn't agree a week after, that's false. Pacquiao went on to fight Joshua Clottey and looked to accept an offer that Mayweather, weeks after the Clottey fight was signed, expressed was no longer on the table.

i find it amusing that any boxing personality of any kind that has at one point or another said something negative about manny and how people think hes a cheater is hated so much. look at teddy atlas for example the guy works for one biggest sports new sources in the entire world knows a ton about the business he says he seen an email about pacs team asking what would happen if he failed the test or whatever and all the sudden people hate him i just dont get that. maybe he really did see the email i mean it would make sense its not like they accepted to get tested and it also dont mean pac was using. say the email was true it was at the beginning of the testing they could of been nervous of a false positive ruining mannys image i dont know maybe im over thinking it but it just seems like if someone says something negative about manny in the boxing world hes all the sudden the most hated person in the industry

I dont know if you follow baseball, but Arod was taking stuff and it would undectable the next day! Dude didnt fail any tests but never stopped doping either.

All this talk is meangingless though, for the simple reason that to this day Manny has never been made to answer WHY he refused random blood testing, or why he needed cutoffs to do it.
he doesnt know when they're coming. he said he'll take one in jan, one 30 days from the fight and one right after. in jan they can come on the 1st or the 24th. manny wont know, so how will this benefit him again?

so if he was juicing why would he go back and agree to what floyd offer of the 14 days then? its EGO!! pac wanted to dictate to floyd what he can and cant do and floyd was doing the same.

see the thing is camp is only 2 months.

to me blood testing 3 times in 2 months even if it isn't random is good.

                  especially with unlimited urine testings.

i know there's ways around it but it would still be risky for a cheat.

plus the most important thing is the blood test fight night.

that makes sure no one is on something when they fight.

It's not, it's like I initially said. Pacquiao wanted nothing to do with advanced testing, it's that simple.

It's a horrible joke to ask for a 24 day cutoff because a video exposed that Manny was tested 24 days before the Hatton fight.

It's also bad enough that he would accept 14 days, when Mayweather was vocal in saying it's no longer gonna be on the table, after Pacquiao had walked away from it. It's almost troll-like.

Those two facts indicate that Pacquiao was never interested, nor willing to compromise. In my honest opinion, he became in love with the serious bank he was making and acknowledged that PEDs attributed to all that. I think that's obvious.

Well that's your opinion. But the purpose is for the person being tested not to know.
