Well they both had requests so it wasn't about agreeing to everything. Plain and simple he walked away from a great deal. So yeah, it's his fault and now that he's clearly the B-side, we can only hope he wants the fight as bad as he claims and this time shows it in action.

Yup he has been a hater. Never did Pac fail any tests in his boxing career. And if he is juicing it would have come out by now in gym tales for years being an athlete, but still for years none. Compared to Marquez who had pimples and looks unnatural. Bradley who looks like a Herculean in body building form and I do believe is all natural through proper diet and nutrition, and Floyd who just accidentally admitted on camera he does vampire facial which lance Armstrong did to get an edge, and is a form of cheating among cyclists.

Why single Pac out ? When there is 2 that I mentioned that are glaringly cheaters of the game. Something happened in the wild card gym I think. He use to train there. He must have been mocked and ridiculed in there by Gym guys to have so much hate for a man who has done nothing wrong to him. And still to this date have no evidence of steroid using, but still this people like Floyd sr and Paulie are hating and and tainting Pac's name. This is slander. And look what happened to the mayweather's they had to settle outside of court and lost to many for there slander. Why? Floyd tested positive by USADA and Pac was asking for the results, which made Floyd fold and settle.
