The point is he turned down random testing during negotiations when it mattered. What he says to the media after blatantly refusing random testing means absolutely nothing.

he didnt refuse though! i can see ur point if pac declined when random testing was brought up. he was willing to be tested 3 times. one in jan, one 30 days from the fight and one right away after the fight. i mean if he's really a cheater why would he even entertain to the fact of agreeing to be tested? why would a cheat even allow himself a chance to get caught by agreeing to be tested? if he was really juicing he would have never even entertain the 30 day cut off, etc. it would have been no from the start.

paulie is a very good boxer type with solid technique.

ppl overrate technique n boxing skills even pro boxers.

Using today's standards and expectations for 5 years ago is not "destroying" In hind-sight, yea Pac should have just said **** it but knowing these guy's egos its pretty plain to see why he didn't.

You're overlooking the fact that random testing doesn't mean you pick the dates. If Pacquiao was allowed to pick the dates it would no longer be random and the test would have been meaningless.
