Do you seriously believe that instead of working on a fight strategy and trying to get their training right as most fighters would(in a fight subject to a huge amount of scrutiny because of unfounded but very public steroid accusations) Pacs team would have been focused on how they could get away with a few weeks juicing. the whole point of using anabolic steroids is that they allow you to train harder, which will naturally benefit performance on fight night regardless of whether you're still on them. one month's worth of cheating can make the difference at this level. travis tygart, presumably well informed in these matters, evidently feels pacquiao's demands would render the entire thing useless
