Sports about consistency not head to heads.

If Federer has a better season than nadal but losses every head to head with him, hes still should be ranked above him.

Plus ward only beat from by 2 rounds in his home country.

Froch was number 1 ages ago....

I am being completely serious. But don't just take my word for it, I encourage you and everybody else to research it for yourselves.

It bears repeating. At the time of the Ward fight Edwin Rodriguez was considered top 3 in the world at super middleweight by all of the major sanctioning bodies. These were his rankings:

          #1 WBC
          #3 WBA
          #3 WBO
          #3 IBF

Ward should have been DQ'd for excessive clinching.

He will then proceed to travel to da hood Oakland and punish the diva Andre Ward.

He will KO Ward and make him cry in his home town.
As much as I would love for this to happen...I don't see it bro.

A recurring theme in Ward's fights.

No, absolutely not. This seems like more of a popularity contest than a vote based on reality. I don't like Ward either. If Ward had not had a fight since the injury I would say yes make Froch number 1. But the fact is Ward did defend his title recently. You may not like his choice of opponents but the guy he fought was undefeated and ranked in the top 4 contenders for the 168 pound world title and he most certainly had a pulse.
