Go and watch his pad work for example in the build up for Ortiz compared to the build up for Canelo. The difference in speed, and all round sharpness is striking.

Obviously he's still very sharp now but it's plain as day to see that he's much much much slower now in every area physically since 2011 which is understandable considering it was 3 years ago.

Maybe the pad work, but in the ring he doesn't look much different.

If anything, he's using his legs more now, and he looks better on the move then he did against Ortiz.

I don't see a difference in the ring with his hand speed, or footwork, or defensive reflexes. If anything, I think he's looked quicker on his feet since Ortiz and Cotto.

Agreed. Getting back to my earlier point regarding Roy Jones, everyone thought he looked incredible against Ruiz but when you watched his performance (compared to years past) you could see he had slowed a ton.

Him, Roger, and his father are very bad with names. He barely remembered Guerrero in a FightHype interview. They had to help him.

I don't know. I think you may be comparing his speed from different weight classes. That's where the differences lie. Not just with speed, but with power also.

Maidana's kinda boring. Mayweather isn't much better though. These 24/7/All Access shows are a bit tiresome now really. Just the same thing over & over again, especially with Mayweather. All it is is showing how much money he spends & how 'flashy' his 'lifestyle' is. /yawn
