Just because Cotto fought all, that doesn't stop his resume from being weak, especially given his hype. His 3 best wins are Mosley, Clottey, and Judah, and those are his only wins above average.

Maussa, Pinto, Bailey, Torres, and Paulie were all unranked and hadn't done anything going into the Cotto fight. The only guy who was in the Top 10 when he fought them at 140 was DeMarcus Corley.

Quintana was barely in the Top 10 at 147, and all he ever did in his career was upset Williams, than get stopped the next time he fought him and beat a prospect at the time in Julio.

Judah was in the Top 10, was a decent win, but Judah was coming off back to back losses too. Mosley was a real good win, I believe he was a Top 3 WW at the time. His best win. Clottey was a Top 5 WW, another solid win for Cotto.

And than Foreman was a Top 10 SWW, but hadn't done really anything prior to fighting Cotto.

I'm not saying the guy ducked anyone, but it doesn't stop his resume from being light, especially given his hype and how he's thought of by a lot of people.

Quintana isn't thought of as a good win for anyone, other than Cotto. Quintana and Paulie are the closest average wins he has to solid or decent.
