So if Floyd is scared of GGG than what is GGG of Ward. Floyd would get the same amount of credit that Ward got for Dawson. I like GGG but you guys have to call a duck a duck. GGG doesn't mention Ward for a reason, even though it would be an easier fight to make than one with Floyd.

Come on man. I'm not saying Floyd is ducking. How can I say that when Floyd hasn't beaten Canelo yet? I'm saying that Floyd's fans look ****** when they say weight is the reason why he shouldn't fight GGG. Let's see what FLoyd's excuse will be. If he claims weight then I claim DUCK!

So you don't think Floyd should fight GGG because GGG is not famous enough. So who should fight then?
No you can't because I haven't suggested that. Floyd should fight Tim (if he beats JMM) next. SInce that fight can't be made-the next fight would be Martinez for the lineal MW title.

That you would call it ducking says alot about you as a poster.

I didn't say that and my post didn't suggest it. I explained the ODH and floyd dynamic, which is different than the floyd v ggg dynamic.

If floyd wins posters can say he was drained, floyd didn't fight him at his best weight.

        Its lik a win-win .
Kinda like Floyd fans discrediting Manny huh.............

Catch weights have been around a long long time. As long as both agree to it people should shut up

I dont think so but if you do cool.

its just the 2013 version of the same story. Whichever fighter is recording the best KO's in the division closest to floyd becomes the guy floyd is ducking. Why? because people want to see floyd get KTFO.

IF he fights Martinez then he's not ducking GGG, but I personally doubt it. Still it is my opinion that Golovkin is the Best MW in the world. Just like Margarito was the best WW Wien Floyd fought Baldo.

You Said that Golovkin wasn't ranked high enough so that was exactly what your post suggested.

How can ggg be the best MW in he world? shouldn't he have to beat someone better than Sergio, the lineal champion, has to be the best in your eyes? Margarito was a heavy puncher but Baldo had beaten the better opponents at the time.

No. I said floyd was the best p4p fighter in the world when ODH fought him and that GGG is not in the top 15 p4p yet. So that aspect of the odh/floyd fight is different from a potential floyd/ggg matchup. ODH was gauging himself against the best. Floyd would be fighting Ward in this scenario as he is the best fighter other than floyd.

why tho? because hes simply not a potential future opponent for floyd. hes done nothing to even justify it, not even mentioning the weight difference. u can have an opinion that hes the best mw on the planet. it means nothing until hes proven it, which he hasnt. he hasnt proven much in fact. so why is he a potential future opponent for floyd? what does he bring to the table that makes him so?

The lineal champion is not the Best by definition. Holmes was better than Ali. Jones was better than Michalszewski. Margarito was better than Baldo.

As I said it was my opinion that GGG is better than Sergio. It doesn't mean he has the better resume.

You lost mé there. Are you saying that Golovkin is not good enough to deserve a shot at Floyd?

Because he is exiting ón a roll and a big puncher. And its not like Floyd is drowning in potential defining fights.
