    Give it a rest.

that doesnt make him a viable opponent. and that doesnt make this fight make sense. i like how people just throw all common sense out the window when it turns to floyd. theres a reason for weight classes, rankings, resumes etc. but now, it doesnt matter because u wanna see floyd get beat. so a fighter who has achieved nothing in his division and achieved nothing in the divisions in which floyd fights deserves a fight because hes exciting (code word because we think he could beat floyd). u guys are sad.

As I said it was my opinion that GGG is better than Sergio. It doesn't mean he has the better resume.

You lost mé there. Are you saying that Golovkin is not good enough to deserve a shot at Floyd?
I agree with your point in general but I disagree about Margs and Baldo same as I do with Sergio and GGG.

I was asking how your opinion was formed? why is ggg better than sergio IYO?

No, the post isn't about GGG, its about comparing the dynamic between floyd/odh and ggg/floyd. If floyd fights a mw next-it would make more sense to fight Sergio-top 5 p4p, lineal MW champ, more of a name- than GGG.

when odh fought floyd he chose him in part because he was recognized as the best in the world. if floyd was using that as a criteris for his next opponent- it eliminates GGG as he isn't on that level yet.

And Canelo weighs 170+ so your argument fails.

So basically if Floyd doesn't fight GGG next at 154, it's a duck. Say that out loud to yourself and tell me that doesn't sound like a hater. I personally think GGG stops most guys from 154-160. He's one of my five favorite fighters. Of course he'd be the toughest fight for Floyd, he's bigger and better than Canelo. But you don't sound like you want GGG to fight Floyd, so he can prove he is a better fighter. I'm pretty sure you want just want Floyd to lose. Why not the same expectations of GGG? You rather him drop down, instead of going up to challenge himself (Ward,Froch). SMH

He can do both. It's harder dropping down in weight once you've gone up. He should go wreak havoc at 154 while he still can. But he probably won't get the opportunities there

This is the fail logic Floyd fans use.

                TAKE NOTE:

Golovkin weighed 159 at the weigh in, and 170 on fight night. He fought at middleweight.

Canelo Alvarez weighed at 153.5 in the weigh in, and 172 on fight night. He fought at JMW.

                Mayweather fans logic = ******ed

Can you not even see how dumb the above is? Canelo weighs more on fight night LOL.

I'm baffled that you find Baldo better than Margs. You must belong to a tiny minority.

I was asking how your opinion was formed? why is ggg better than sergio IYO?
It's highly subjective. I've followed Golovkin for years in Europe and there's no doubt in my mind that he belongs in the top 3 p4p if it was based on skills, potential and ability rather than resume. Golovkin was ducked for years by Felix Sturm and both Barker and Murray has ducked him as well. There is a reason for that.

I'd have Sergio ranked higher in MW rankings, but I dont think he is the best MW on the planet, but he's the MW with the best resume.

As I've already said I'm ok with Floyd fighting Sergio, but I reckon there's a higher probability of Floyd retiring.

Id prefer GGG to stay at 160 to restore the glory to that division. If he elects to drop down to 154 or a CW it should only be for Floyd.

This is the same crap Martinez wanted to do, and look where that got him. Floyd isn't gonna fight him if he doesn't elect to make noise at 154, if Golovkin opts to only move down for Mayweather than it becomes a joke. It'll look like a MW looking to fight a WW.
