That fight or Burns would be a great challenge for Broner stylistically, Vazquez I think Broner would probably be able to work his way inside his defence.

I'd like to see that fight.

Burns-Vasquez winner next. Followed by Abril-Bogere winner end of the year.

      2014, up to 140.

Rees gave it a go, gutsy kid. Totally disagree with what Enzo Calzaghe said and knew it was over when Rees stood in front of him and abandoned his movement though he still had good success and was making Broner miss a lot due to his tiny stature. It was only a matter of time.

I do feel the ref was totally against Rees but it wouldn't of changed the outcome.

I'm still not sold on Broner as a fighter though admittedly this fight was never going to persuade me.

I think Burns & Vasquez could give him problems with their movement but neither guy can crack an egg. I'll wait for him to move up to 140..

Listen, I'm not sold on Broner yet either but he's clearly improved a lot in the last few years.
You may think he's improving but his people don't. That's why he still fighting these type of guys. Look who he got the belt from at 130, look who he just fought tonight. These people who handle boxers know what they're doing, they're not ******.

130 was lack luster but at 135 he's fought the #1 guy which was globally considered a legit threat. Can't really discredit that, that was a big step up and he performed very well.

He wanted Burns, which would have been another top fight.

It's clear as day he's improving and rapidly.

Im not discrediting his DeMarco win. But beating DeMarco at 135 doesn't justify him fighting Rees...

This had nothing to do with his post.

Rees was a ****ty stay busy fight and hell he actually showed up you should be happy. Can't cry about Broner taking punches when trying to be entertaining then cry when fighters are defense first and not taking chances.
