In the sense he had reach advantage and probably on the night of the fight he probably weighed more than Broner, although he never played to any of his advantages on the night he fought Broner.

And Rees is a bum but he showed heart. Just a stay busy to keep him in the public eye. Most likely hes fighting 3 times this year. Burns-Vasquez winner included.
