sure, one difference is 130-135 were packed with solid fighters then, while LHW and cruiser is a p4p desert

Yes, they both are. You asked a question and then answer your own question and you have your mind made up. You are not going to change your mind.So let the readers of your post give you their honest answer. Those greats you talked about were not flawless either. Leonard made Hearns wait 8 years for a rematch and never did give Hagler a rematch. He won a tittle at 175 by fighting a weak champion at a catchweight of 168 and had catchweight tittle fights with Duran and Hearns, with a linit of 164 for the 168 tittle. Leonard was much younger than Floyd is now, when Terry Norris beat the hell out of him.He also got KOed by a light hitting lightweight, Camacho. I am not saying that Leonard was not great. I am just showing that the old time greats did not take on every challenge or look great in every fight either. Ray Robinson was easily beaten by Tiger Jones when he was 32 years old. Jones was not a champion and not a better fighter than Hatton or Cotto. Robinson never fought Jones again and I think he should have done so.

I could dissect worse fighters than Leonard on that list. TS is living in a dream world, acting like he is the only one that knows anything about the history of the sport...sad.

                I don't.

Neither of them has truly set out to achieve greatness, neither of them has taken the biggest tests, fighting their biggest rivals in their PRIMES.

When it comes down to skills, a limited fighter like Miguel Cotto or even Ricky Hatton were able to put HANDS on Floyd, can you imagine what a prime Thomas Hearns would have done to him?

And Pacquiao, it's the same damn thing, both these guys fighting well over the hill, limited, lame fighters like Margarito, Mosley, etc.

I do think these guys will retire as in the top 100 but it's way in the back end of the top 100.

For me, they are not true "Greats" they haven't earned it, and probably never will
Neither has Calzaghe, The Klitschko brothers, Froch, Hatton or the man in your sig. None of them crack the top 200. None of them are great either.

Neither one of them compare to 'Itman 'Atton or Joe Calzaghe they don't. That's just British common sense.

That said they are great fighters but how they compare with the past greats you mentioned is debatable.

This Ts is funny, btw u put Archie Moore twice on ur ATG list. I wonder what's some peoples requirement of a fighter in order to be an ATG. PAC and Floyd have earned that spot in my opinion, lotta people hating now, but even 5 years from now some of these boxing fans will be singing a diff tune.
