But after he cemented his great legacy one things for sure he's not coming back at 40 years old just so a young fighter can get a huge name champion on his resume. In fact had he lost a fight I doubt anyone would ever ask for him to come back. Fighters that retire undefeated at the elite level are very rare, on a pedestal almost and people just love to watch them fall.
he sucks he slaps and all hi did was fight bums for 18 defenses straight when he won his wbo crap title.

YEAH you got typical excuses about why he couldn't fight this guy or that guy but the one common denominator is Joe never fought anyone good until the end of his career. 13 of his 21 defences were against guys not ranked in the top ten. His pathetic resume speaks for itself so talk till you're blue in the face. You probably are Calzaghe except that even he knows he's a fraud.

Boxers and boxing fans I've talked to in real-life have respect for him, it's only online where I see the hate.
Wrong if it wasn't for his 1 or 2 fan boys everyone would forget who he was. He's very forgettable.

If the 'haters' keep on they will be giving him legendary status

Not really this is just NSB being bored and bringing up Joke Calzaghe.

When he first retired people tried that GOAT and ATG shyt and no one was having it so periodically like every 3-4 months or so since hes been gone a new Calzaghe thread will pop with hopes that we forgot how average his resume was.

We will never forget that he was mediocre no matter how much people try to go back and change history.

This man is not a HOF fighter and only fought bums? haha
Ottke has 21 defenses also with a more prestigious title. Also, first to hold 2 ring magazine titles at the same time!?! Are u serious!?! Don't embarrass yourself... Do some research before you post mess like this.
