Lara is way more qualified to get a title fight than those 3 guys. You're asking Lara to do things that none of Canelo's 41 opponents have done. You're the one who's actually making Lara look like a god, with your high standards of what he should do to get a title shot.

Matthew Hatton - Known for being Ricky Hatton's Brother
Ryan Rhodes - an accomplished British domestic fighter (the only legit opponent)
Alfonso Gomez - known for the contender in 2004 and retiring Gatti in 2007
Kermit Cintron - Known for diving out of the ring and crying against Sergio
Shane Mosley - Recently known for being the punching bag to Mayweather and Pacquiao

None of these guys proved their worth... even within a year or two to get a title shot.

not necessarily. Lara's already fought williams and molina. 2 guys that are much better than anyone that canelo has fought. canelo should be trying to get a shot at lara but it's the other way around because canelo is popular and idiots eat up hype which allows canelo to keep fighting bums.
