If Martinez has KO'ed 3 straight MW's, how is he "TOO SMALL" to fight @168?

Orlando Salido has won his last 4 fights by TKO. He should move up 8lbs because of this. 8lbs above of 126 is basically LW. Salido=LW, because he's able to knock out legitimate Featherweights in a row.

Is Orlando Salido a P4P fighter or the #1 fighter in his weight class?

o k and sergio at one point said that he would eventually try to fight some of the super mw so what is the problem?the fact that he is not fighting ward tommorow? and if ward is serious about coming down to mw i'm sure sergio would fight him but once again what is all the crying about ward has been busy in the super six so when could this sergio ward fight have happened?this is probaably the best time to make it happen being that both are not tied to any opponent at the moment so where is ward at now with this he is willing to come down to mw statement?

You keep moving the goal posts.

It sounds like you're just blurting out random facts in the hope that they actually stick and make sense.

          Well news for you....they don't

He's basically the #1 Featherweight. Gamboa will probably never come back to FW and will be moved from there soon, making Salido the default Ring #1 FW.

Let me ask you a question, why do you want Sergio to move up to 168 so badly? Don't you want to see Mayweather vs Martinez? I don't get it, every Floyd fan wants to see Mayweather vs Martinez except for you and americanbot.

exactly and salido could arguably be #1 in his division

I never said I wanted him to move up badly...I want to see the Mayweather fight actually.

But I can't avoid the fact that Martinez is calling out guys 2 weight below him but seems to avoid questions about the fighters right above him.

So people would want Mayweather to move up to MW and fight Sergio in his 6th weight class but any mention of Sergio fighting 168lb fighters and people get pissy..lol

This stuff is really so much more simple than you'e tryign to make it. Bute, Ward, and even Chavez Jr are each significantly larger men then Martinez. It's not debatable. Martinez is as much of a MW as Floyd or Cotto are JMW's.
Agree that Martinez' body shouldn't be cutting or gaining weight. He is fighting perfectly fine where he is.

But Martinez is offering to fight Mayweather at 154, even 150. Why do you keep ignoring or brushing over this?

Marvin Hagler was the Lineal champion at MW for years, he was the best MW, knocking out almost all of his opponents. Knocking out his last 4 opponents before Leonard, including TKO wins over Heanrs and Mugabi. Maybe Hagler should have moved up a weight class.
