RJJ was not a freak of nature. Anyone can look amazing when they fight part timers and mall security cops.

RJJ had 2 good wins his entire long career, a green hopkins and james toney. The rest of his resume is filled with B level at best fighters and complete bummy ass fighters.

Hopkins isn't really a freak of nature. Just a seasoned vet, taking advantage of a weaker era. There is a reason he loss to Calzaghe when Calzaghe in all honesty isn't exactly an every era beater.

That same reason is why any version of Hopkins would lose to a prime RJJ. He wouldn't be fighting a Pascal or Pavlik.

Yeah and it's possible for someone to get 100 wins if they fight taxi car drivers and the local bar tough guy every week, multiple times in said week for years.

Could you imagine the record Wlad could accumulate if he did that?

SRR would beat the first 20 wins of RJJ's career in the same night. Line em up and they would drop like flies lol.......

"Ya'll think I fought nobody, I just made them look like nobody's"

            Roy Jones Jr.

Keep in mind, the same Montell Griffin he wiped out in 1 round, defeated James Toney twice. Montell isn't even one of Roy's top victims.

Just so I understand your logic, Lamotta can beat SRR but Roy can't?

Calzaghe was a great fighter and Hopkins gave him a very good fight but couldnt deal with the pace or his workrate
