Because legit journalist never reveals his source if they want to keep getting the inside scoops before everyone else.

Also evidence for the plantiff or for the defendant is not shown at depositions. Some of yall don't even know WTF a deposition is but keep talking about giving proof and submitting evidence at a depostion. Do some of yall even know depostion don't even have to been given or taken at the courthouse? The **** some of yall say about depositions and court proceedings just show that yall have absolutely no knowledge of the court system. There is nothing wrong with not knowing about the court system but there is something wrong when people speak on things as facts when they know nothing about it.

For the record Afighter my 2nd statement is not directed at you!
    well, its like this.

Mr. Smith actually doesn't have to reveal his source if he shows even just a copy of the email.

besides. isn't it plain common sense that when you accuse someone of something, you actually have to show proof? you don't need a judge to tell you to do that.

because that is essentially what they have done. they have accused a man of something WITHOUT SHOWING PROOF, but just plain heresay.

think about it. just imagine if anyone can accuse anybody else of wrongdoing BUT NOT SHOW PROOF just because of the convenient excuse that they don't want to "reveal" their source.

who will be safe from slander?

Do you think the daily news would allow tim smith to print that if their legal team did not know for sure they wouldn't be exposing themselves? I mean these aren't kids in the sandbox.

Do you think ESPN would've required Teddy Atlas to retract his staements on screen and then fire him if what he said was intentionally misleading.

I heard from credible sources that Floyd failed all the drug tests prior to the Mosley-fight, but paid USADA off.

Not a *****, the title is somewhat misleading because he answers a couple questions before bringing up the emails, which he, himself did not say were true. So once again I was just posting the latest Mayweather mail from Fighthype.com

So everyone stop getting mad thinking I made this thread in thoughts of these emails being true.

Just thought it was a good read and topic

Deposition is a pre trial process for the discovery of facts that can later be used in the trial.
