This emails were supposed to be have been sent to Floyd's camp, these are in black and white and pretty strong evidence i should say... Then why in the hell Floyd just posted or twitted a phantom article of Manny getting steroid from a fake sparring mate, that nobody even him and Floyd sr. knew where the article came from!!!! With this suppossed emails that are suppose to be in their possecion, Floyd now has the upper hand in their court battle, he could have simply brought it up in his first appearance in court, instead of not showing up at all....

manny's lawsuit would be dropped quite easily if the mayweathers would simply stop blatantly accusing him and issue a public apology, just like what Dela hoya and golden boy did.

last time i checked, legitimate journalists are supposed to have proof and/or evidence to back up their claims, ESPECIALLY when it involves a person's reputation.

With regards to the bold you can't say that they have failed miserably when they have not been compelled by the courts to produce those emails or reveal the source of those emails. Now if the court orders them to do so they can reveal the emails but redact the source. Because legit journalist never reveals his source if they want to keep getting the inside scoops before everyone else.

Also evidence for the plantiff or for the defendant is not shown at depositions. Some of yall don't even know WTF a deposition is but keep talking about giving proof and submitting evidence at a depostion. Do some of yall even know depostion don't even have to been given or taken at the courthouse? The **** some of yall say about depositions and court proceedings just show that yall have absolutely no knowledge of the court system. There is nothing wrong with not knowing about the court system but there is something wrong when people speak on things as facts when they know nothing about it.

Because a deposition is not the time for the defense (PBF) to present its case or the plantiff (Manny) for that matter. Why is that so hard for people to understand?

Because it's not a defense. THis isn't a criminal case. Its a civil case that is still in the discovery phase until the trial phase begins if the case doesn't get resolved in mediation.. Mayweather filed a request to move the deposition to after the fight. At the deposition if floyd shows the emails the case will likely end right there.

As to your other question I have no idea what legal strategy mayweather's attorney's will use.

I just wonder why Manny is suing floyd for this, why not sue ESPN, ATlas, SMith, and the NY Daily News?
