The email only comes out when the defamation case goes before the judge. Releasing the email through a media outlet like the internet or TMZ, helps Pacquiao's case immensely.

evidence like that wouldn't need a case and a judge for it to come out, especially since its electronic and can be readily available to any third-rate hacker out there.
