Pac's lawyer only needs to establish there was intent and that email which fortunately for Pac was broadcasted and reported by smith makes it undeniable there was indeed malice to discredit and defame Pac.
The mayweather needs to show proof it came from Pac's camp as a form of defense that their su****ion is based on this email if ever smith says they are the source. But establishing it indeed came from pac's camp is the hard part.

it's oxymoronic...you would think they'll be the first ones to be interested to see whether such email really exists or not. the email would be the exclamation point to their peds movement against pac. but alas, they're so against it.

I'm not against it. The email isn't going to make me think PAc is dirty. Continuing to neegotitate a cutoff date and repeated unwillingness to take tests would change my mind more than seeing any email.

Why does he have to drop the lawsuit? That lawsuit is simply to force Floyd to put up or shut up. They can still fight with or without the lawsuit. He has publicly accepted Floyd's demand of no cut-off. No amount of denial from Floyd and his defenders can change that.
