Obviously you didn't follow the negotiations closely.

Round 1 negotiations: Pac doesn't agree to random blood tests upto 24 days before the fight. Floyd wants 14 days. Manny agrees then Floyd changes his mind. “I gave him (Pacquiao) a chance, up to 14 days out. But my new terms are all the way up to the fight. They can come get us whenever, all the way up to the fight, random drug test. That’s what it is,” Mayweather was quoted as saying.

Round 2 negotiations: Manny agrees to testing terms. Floyd doesn't take the fight for "unknown" reasons.

On that second round of negotiations, Ross Greenburg (now vanquished from the halls of HBO boxing and rightfully so) says, "Both times I thought we'd be able to make the fight, it didn't happen," Greenburg said. "The second time, I don't know why it didn't happen. You need to talk to Floyd Mayweather about that. I don't know why he wouldn't fight Manny this fall."

      Final Thoughts

Excluding the rumor mill stuff, which I don't find improberable at all, it's freakin amazing that anybody would lend any credibility to anything that comes out of the Mayweather's mouths. Past history shows a clear pattern of drug trafficking, domestic violence, and a total disregard for the RULES and law - I'm not just talking about boxing rules here, but rules in life!

For idots like the Mayweathers to even question Pacquiao's integrity, is much like a drug-dealer questioning the ethics of a thief. It's f***ing hypocritcal!

And all you Mayweather fan's questioning Manny's ability to exceed all expectations and attributing it to PED usage; it's just another excuse. You need to find something to take down that little asian that you so desperately hate and want to see loose. So instead of Manny being taken down in the ring, you resort to personal integrity attacks ignited by a convicted felon. You lazy ass loosers need to A) get a job B) learn the meaning of hard work and doing something with purpose and conviction C) Produce some sort of pattern on Manny. Anything! But please, don't spew out the same verbal diahhrea that you 'think' he's using something because Manny has been able to do what he has moving up. That's just speculation. There's nothing wrong with speculation but you need to back it up with something!

Here's my speculation rooted in the evidence and pattterns:

      1. Floyd Jr. is more adept and willing to beat on the mother of his childeren. He's definitely not afraid to take on any challengers, as long as they are women!!

      2. Uncle Roger has no respect for anybody. How the hell does anybody beat the **** out of a grandmother? He must be taking some serious "A-side meth".

      3. Floyd Sr. is still dealing drugs. Alright, that's not fair... I take that back. But there's something fishy about Floyd Sr.... Really brah... I think he's on something. Ain't nuttin right about the guy... I mean, how the hell can anybody be that ****** without being gooped up on gop? I'm tellin ya man... he's on something.

      4. And the most de****able testament to Floyd Sr's character is in his own words, "With Floyd in my arms I had a better chance. He shot my left leg. Blew off a piece of it. I continued fighting and became the number-one contender."

What the f**k? How any father would jeopardize the life of his own child to protect his own is disturbing and down right insane!

These baseless claims on Pacquaio's character are no longer isolated to the ring. It's become a personal witch hunt. And if you want to have a character debate between Pacquiao and Mayweather - Pac will win hands down. Mayweather Jr. has risen out of poverty through hard work. I can respect the guy for that. But so has Manny. The difference is Mayweather Jr. is doomed to repeat all the mistakes from his past. His actions don't prove otherwise!

      -RM

Ps - I don't truly believe that all Floyd fan's are out of a job or need to learn the value of hard work. Just some of them.
This is about Manny Pacquiao's character and not Floyd Mayweather Jr.

Are you freakin kidding me dude? Of course this is about the Mayweathers' character. All of the Mayweathers!

Afterall, it was Mayweather Sr. that ignited this whole PED issue after Manny beat Cotto. Then Roger and Floyd Jr. ran with it.

So in the court of public opinion, the Mayweather's should be put under the microscope. They're the one's that started this whole thing!

If you've been following the defamation suit by Pacquiao, then you already know Mark Tratos (Mayweather's attorney) tried to have the lawsuit dismissed on the ground that it had no merit.

U.S. District Judge Larry Hicks said Pacquiao has sufficient evidence to continue his lawsuit that alleges Mayweather and others acted with malice by accusing the Filipino boxer in a series of interviews of using performance-enhancing drugs.

"The truth did not stop Mayweather and the others," the suit contends. "That is because they are motivated by ill will, spite, malice, revenge and envy."

Apparently YOU haven't been following the negotiations because Mayweather always wanted it in the first negotiations but Pac didn't. Manny wanted 24 days and Floyd wanted 14 days. Already trying to change history to protect Pac. Below is EXACTLY what happened......

Schaefer believes that Arum's position of leaving it up to the commission is him "moving the goal post."

"The pressure is on Pacquiao," he said. "They keep moving the goal post like they did with the $10 million weight penalty [if either fighter is over the contract maximum 147 pounds], which we agreed to. They didn't think we would accept that. When we did, they had to find something else to make into a problem. So now they're saying it's up to the commission instead of wanting to negotiate the drug testing with us. I don't want to hear that if the fight breaks up it was because of us. When they came to us with a $10 million weight penalty, they didn't expect us to say yes. They thought we'd say no. So when we said yes, they had to come up with something else. Now we're off USADA, and they are going to come and say only urine testing if that's what the commission says. It's really frustrating.

"We are making compromises. It's a two-way street. If they back off again, I will shut off my phone and spend the rest of the Christmas and New Year's time with my family, and good luck to all of these fools."

While Arum is making plans for an alternative fight for Pacquiao against former junior welterweight titlist Paulie Malignaggi -- who has also accused Pacquiao of using PEDs -- if the Mayweather fight falls apart, Schaefer said he hasn't discussed an alternative with Mayweather.

"We haven't discussed anybody else because the fight we want to bring to the fight fans is the one with Pacquiao," he said. "The focus is on getting Mayweather-Pacquiao done while Bob is making calls everywhere on the Malignaggi fight. That shows his focus is not on Mayweather.

How can ANYONE say that Floyd is the reason this fight didn't happen when Manny was the one that didn't agree to fight in the first place? Tell me how come Floyd is scared and Manny is not?

Pacquiao and Mayweather had agreed to unlimited random urine testing, but Mayweather also insisted on random blood testing, even though the Nevada State Athletic Commission, which would oversee the bout at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, requires only urine testing.

Pacquiao (50-3-2, 38 KOs) didn't want blood testing but later relented and agreed to three blood tests: one during the week of the kickoff news conference, which would have taken place next week, one random test to be conducted no later than 30 days before the fight and a final test in his dressing room after the fight. Mayweather (40-0, 25 KOs) would be subject to the same testing procedures.

When they could not come to an agreement, Top Rank and Golden Boy Promotions, which represents Mayweather, turned to a mediator, retired judge Daniel Weinstein, who had successfully mediated a series of disputes between Top Rank and Golden Boy in 2007.

But after nine hours in mediation on Tuesday in Santa Monica, Calif., and further attempts to come to a resolution on Wednesday failed, the fight was pronounced dead by the Pacquiao camp.

How can anyone ask why are people questioning Manny Pacquiao now? what is the excuse for the fight not happening? Simple. It's because Pacquiao don't want to take the tests and mainly because Arum don't want to make it.

What does that long ass post have to do with a mystery sparring partner saying Manny is taking it in the booty? Floyd didn't say it. We all know that Floyd family history ain't peaches and cream but neither are alot of families. this is about Manny and roids.
