If there is any new DRUG TESTING involve, then it should include everyone. Including the ones who don't earn that much in boxing. It's gonna cost alot but hey! people like you will pay for that, right?

During every negotiation fighters ask for something that goes outside of just the commissions rules. For example Pac ask Floyd to pay a penalty of $10 million for every pound that he comes in overweight for. The commission already have rules in place that deal with this situation but Pac made sure that he threw in a little bit extra during negotiations.
