I take nothing away from calzaghe...i think hes a great and would have given jones or b-hop alot of trouble in their primes....

But the fact is jones wasnt in his prime...or anywhere near it....

It was a good performance from joe...but the fight itself was nothing special...

Basically what I wanted to say, Jones was already a long way down the slope, in his prime I think he would have made a mess of Calzaghe.

We see this a lot, for example in my opinion, a prime Mike Tyson probably would have skinned Lennox Lewis. But we saw one of the fighters in his prime and the other just there to collect a good payday based on who he used to be.

This sums it up for me, Jones werent in his prime but Clazaghe wasn't exactly young and he shown a lot of skill that night.
