    Really?

Records are being broken in every sport? Tell me when a batsman is going to break Sir Donald Bradman's batting average.

The record has stood for 63 years and counting - I thought you said we had better technology?

Surely a batsmen of this era, with the aid of 'modern' technology would be able to break it.

Boxing is not the 100m dash or like any other sport.

If fighters are so far advanced, why is it we haven't seen an athlete to match Muhammad Ali in the heavyweight division?

Why are the best heavyweights of this era robotic stiffs?

athletic evolution. every single sport has been affected,

      including boxing.

the only ones that are being blind or close minded when it comes to this topic are the oldschool fighter vanguards such as yourself who refuse to accept the greatness of modern/recent fighters in comparison to the golden era (more like the tainted era) greats of boxing.
Evolution takes millions of years. How exactly have boxers evolved? They fight less now. Have weaker comp. Less rounds.More titles. What exactly makes them better?

of course they are. middleschool ballers are being targeted now by pro ball king makers, football players as young as 13 years old are getting specialized training (especially young qbs). they didnt do these things back in the day.

        athletic evolution my friend.

Well it sure doesnt make them worse. I would not compare eras because thats just plain dumb but the athletes. Training techniques and the science put into diet today improves the modern human beings health and creates a superior athlete. This is fact. When people compare old fights with new ones its all theory.

And this was what was happening with fighters in earlier era's. So how are fighters better today?

There is no such thing as "evolution" over 50 years, only popularity.

Why did fighters routinely go 15 rounds and longer yet today they struggle through 12? Why haven't training techniques improved fighters stamina?

Hey did you ever think.. maybe everyone on the field has improved... lets say the pitcher.

Your all theory... keep living in the past it only slows down human advancements and limits capabilities.
