    JMM (lightweight)
    Mosley

So who has the better WW resume? Vote and discuss.

*Just for argument's sake, let's assume Pac wins against Mosley*
hey as long as we're adding names to resumes for fights that haven't even taken place go ahead and add pacquiao to mayweather's resume

Cotto was better than anyone in Floyd's welterweight resume..SIMPLE EXPLANATION AND SIMPLE COMPREHENSION.

I think you should do a bit of research on Clottey since you obviously haven't seen too much of him. He may not have wins over them but Clottey has Margs (back when people wanted no part of him), Cotto, and Pacquiao on his resume. Those 3 alone pretty much trump anything PBF has on his WW resume.

Uhhh... No, Baldomir was not a better win than either Cotto or Clottey, let alone combined (which is utterly laughable). No one even knew Baldomir existed before his win against an uninspired and unprepared Zab.

            2) Clottey was coming off the back of a loss to Cotto, and hadn't fought in 9 months.
Cotto was weight drained? Cotto came in at 146 in his last fight against Clottey, which is a 1 pound difference in his next fight. So how is that exactly a weight drained Cotto? He certainly didn't look weight drained in the first 4 rounds of that fight, as he gave Pacquiao his toughest test since moving up in weight.

So what if he hadn't fought in 9 months? Is that supposed to be an excuse as to why Clottey didn't win the fight? Whether you like it or not, Clottey was a big, tough, and rugged welterweight when Pacquiao fought him. He was in the top 5 for a reason.

How exactly is he overrated? If he is overrated that's news to me. He certainly isn't overrated on this board. His win over Judah was close? Maybe you should actually DL and watch the fight, before coming to conclusions. Clottey was busting Zab up in that fight and was on his way to stopping him.

So just because Baldomir was lineal champion he's automatically better than Cotto and Clottey...

I knew it was a waste of time to comment, I should have just skipped to reading your last point and just stopped. That pretty much tells me all I need to know.

Lineal champion or not, but Baldomir is the David Diaz equivalent.

                ......OK, here's the thing.

To have them on your resume and to argue he's better than someone, you kinda have to use names that he actually beat. Not people he just fought.

Saying his resume at 147 is better than Mayweathers merely because he fought Margarito, Cotto and Pacqiauo is just plain ridiculous.

                I guess Demarcus Corley an ATG also? He has names such as;

                Mayweather
                Cotto
                Witter
                Judah
                Alexander
                Maidana

                All on his resume, right?

Wow... Can't believe anyone at all voted for Floyd.. It is a given, pacquiao by far. Given the results of the poll, I am surprised the thread is not reflective of it with so many *****s being defensive...It seems like 1 ***** talk as much as 10 boxing fans... No wonder why so many *****s think that everyone thinks like them, the illusion set by their fellow *****s.

clottey: was told not to punch back,a bag would do better that night.

cotto: damaged by margarito,no coach in the corner.

                      Oscar: weight drained,floyds leftover.

Margarito: had to lose weight, got smashed by mosley..damaged good.

Mosley: floyds 3rd leftover, old, looked sh** in his last two fights.
