That's when negotiations stalled, enter: Yuri Foreman for the next divisional world title. Oh, wait! Mayweather concedes and negotiations move now that he agrees to '47 and 8 oz. Then agrees to the penalty.

Then Pacquiao bails on testing. Then they talk about fighting Malignaggi. Arum realizes that Malignaggi been a prominent voice in his assumptions of Pacquiao using. They can't do that. They didn't want to fight Bradley or Alexander via no draw, but we all know the reason why. The public still claims the two pounds made a difference against Cotto. Mosley was still on to fight Berto at the time, enter: Joshua Clottey.

It doesn't look like this in a Pacquiao fans eyes, but this is the order of events. Pacquiao went from shunning Mayweather at '54 for Foreman, to getting everything he wanted from Mayweather. To losing Mayweather via testing, to landing Clottey. Dope moves right?
Wow.. thats a lot of bull****.. Floyd wanted to fight at 154, and yet his bailout fight was against Mosley at 147. You would think that after the negotiations failed, he could have demanded Mosley to fight at 154 and yet he chose to fight him at WW. Does that even make sense, to you?

Pac wanted to fight at 147. Arum was throwing out fights from 140, 147, 154. Some absurd, some are not. But ****, if you believe everything that he says then you are a moron. He throws out names after every Pac fight all the time. And in most cases those fights end up as just fart in the wind..

But Pac himself said before the negotiations started (so he has no reason to lie) that he cannot fight above 147 at that time. I mean you would think that the person that you should believe is the fighter himself. The fight between Yuri Foreman was seriously considered at 154 after the negotiations failed. But Pac rejected it.

          No.
Yes..now in late 2010 but not in mid-2010 and 2009 .. So whats your point...

It's blatantly obvious that Floyd doesn't want to fight Pac.
Here's his excuses in chronological :

              -Bloodtests
              -60/40 split
              -not interested in boxing
              -he just fought Mosley
              -going on vacation

Suppose that Floyd somehow got awarded with FOTD, 60/40 just turned to 65/35. But Pac isn't a douchebag and even though he's the more active fighter with the FOTD as his title, he's OK with 50/50 and a 7 days cutoffs with another blood test right after the fight.

And as someone said before me, using peds 1 week before the fight is useless since they're just like batteries.
You'd be thinking "hey, I'm gonna use PEDS 6 days before the fight to train my ass off, then on fight night I'll be ready."

              BAD IDEA

You'll get tired and worn down, and the PEDS will more likely show up in the blood testing right after the fight.
So really, using PEDS 7 days before the fight does little to ZERO benefits.

              • What if by some crazy happenstance Floyd decides to drop drug testing demands -- What will Pac fans say then???

                • even if poochiao called mayweathers-style drug testing the result will be the same.
he'll go on vacation. its pretty hilarious how most floyd fans here resort to focusing on team pacs fault.(yeah, both are divas). pathetic really, some of floyd fans cant even spell correctly.

whatever *****s say will never ever negate what their god said. i sigged/lined it.
                  froth-mouthed fuming mad *****s.

Surprisingly this information is hard for some people to swallow.. To this day, I am still awaiting for someone to provide me with evidence of Pacs PED usage.. Instead we are left with excuses, facts, video evidence, and lies on behalf of Floyd which lead to him
NOT BEING INTERESTED IN THE FIGHT..

                    • it's all Floyd's fault. By asking for testing, he forced Manny to lie incessantly and make up bull**** that his worshippers swore by (even though the bull**** changed monthly). Yup, blame it on Floyd.
