It's blatantly obvious that Floyd doesn't want to fight Pac.
Here's his excuses in chronological :

-Bloodtests
-60/40 split
-not interested in boxing
-he just fought Mosley
-going on vacation

Suppose that Floyd somehow got awarded with FOTD, 60/40 just turned to 65/35. But Pac isn't a douchebag and even though he's the more active fighter with the FOTD as his title, he's OK with 50/50 and a 7 days cutoffs with another blood test right after the fight.

And as someone said before me, using peds 1 week before the fight is useless since they're just like batteries.
You'd be thinking "hey, I'm gonna use PEDS 6 days before the fight to train my ass off, then on fight night I'll be ready."

BAD IDEA

You'll get tired and worn down, and the PEDS will more likely show up in the blood testing right after the fight.
So really, using PEDS 7 days before the fight does little to ZERO benefits.

The last four, garbage.

HGH is in and out of your system within 17-45 minutes. It's 25 days before the fight, Pac's been training for a few weeks before this particular day. Business as usual, it's 3 pm and Ariza says "let's get this HGH through your system so we can train system so we can train Manny! Yeah!!" Pac's obliged, works super hard with that added boost and the session is over by 5 pm. USADA shows up at 6 pm to take blood and urine. Guess what? That HGH is already out of Pacquiao's system.

Just because it's 7 days out doesn't mean USADA is going to show up every day up until the week of a fight, hence random testing. I only bring that up because there are substances that can give you that boost and leave your system in a timely manner. Yes, there are PEDs and stimulants that are devastating and require cycling periods, but there are mixtures that you can find at your local GNC that are available to you and me that just happen to be banned in professional sports such as the NFL, MLB, and even in NCAA competition.

There are designer PEDs, top of the line products that may not be traced in the testing USADA carries out.

All of this could have been avoided had Pacquiao just said, "f it, lets take these test and then I'm beating you." In reality though, he didn't, and even went the wrong way about declining. He would have been better off just saying no and going his way, but he made it worse with the excuses, requests for cut off dates, and choice of opponents.

Zab requested it of Mosley in 2007, that's why their fight fell apart because Judah pulled out since Mosley wouldn't agree.

Mayweather's never failed to make the welterweight limit, so why the absurd amount of $10 million for every pound over. I'd say one million seems reasonable, but 10; Mayweather says bluff called.

Now that he's fighting above the welterweight limit, why couldn't he fight Mayweather at '54 then when he was in negotiations to fight Foreman as well? I ask this because, why wouldn't they fight Mosley at '43 when he finally came around, but they would fight Cotto at '45, even when Mosley made a final offer to fight at '40?

In any case, Floyd is still not conceding **** since he violated the terms of his contract with JMM by coming in over the limit. It doesn't matter whethter he came in at 146 (below the real WW limit) because the agreed upon weight was 144. The fact is he wasnt professional enough to honor the agreement of the contract he signed. Instead he snookered JMM by using the provision of the penalty clause he had in the contract to bail himself out.

Which is what the high penalty clause is all about.. To force him to honor the the provision of the contract that he would sign and not give him the benefit to pay out his way of the agreement.

Because Pac wasn't confident fighting above 147 in 2009 as he is now. What so hard to understand about that. Thats your answer right there... Unlike at 143 with Mosley, Pac had demonstrated he could fight at 147 with De La Hoya so agreeing to fight at WW and below was not an issue. But even then it was a trial period thats why there was a catchweight of 145 against Cotto..

ANd you are making **** up again.. there was never a negotiation with Foreman. You even know what the term means. You need to make a formal offer first before you start negotiating. There was never an offer because Pac immediately shut that down..
