That was 06 right? I think I said 06? Yes. But, he could of made that fight in 07 after Shane beat Collazo who arguably beat the guy that Floyd fought instead. Or he could of fought Shane in his first fight back instead of JMM. And, how much greater would that win have been?

the only boxer they have a point about him not fighting is cotto after his hatton win, he wanted to fight shane countless times that's a fact video evidence suggests that.

all this talk about margarito didn't start till after he beat cotto with plaster.

Jro you know their history. They didnt like each other at all. Arum is those fighters PROMOTER. Nothing gets done unless Arum signs off on it.

What time frame you're talking about?

Are you telling us Arum lied to make Floyd look better in the eyes of the fans? Just because a fighter calls you out doesn't mean you have to fight him. Even if Floyd fought Cotto and Margacheato, he would still be getting **** for "ducking" other fighters.

Do you know Arum still owes Floyd millions of dollars?

Floyd, Arum and Don King were together at a symposium on sports, and Mayweather was attacking the promoters - specifically Arum.

When you PAY somebody NOT to do business with them, you don't then turn around and immediately do business with them. Right?
What could Arum have demanded? Matter of fact what would of hurt for Floyd to just TRY? And, if he couldn't get them then it would look as the other fighters ducked him. Leonard tried to fight Pryor he tried.

My whole thing people want to give him a pass for not fighting for some of these top fighters. Make excuses for him why he didn't fight them. If anything both deserve the blame. But, don't give him a pass for not fighting them. Don't make excuses for not fighting them.

              I'll tell you how:

Floyd hates Arum. Floyd knows that Floyd is the one bringing in ALL the dollars. While Floyd was doing 15,000 live gate and 400K PPV with Judah, margarito was doing 30K PPV's and 2,000 seats at the Aladdin.

So, all the money that would be brought in would be brought in by FLOYD.

You are "offering" me MY EFFING OWN 8 MILLION DOLLARS. That is like me "offering" Manny Pacquiao $10 million to fight me. While I pencil myself in for 2 mil.
So now, why would I share my money with you if I hate you when I can share it with someone else who is respectful of me and doesn't already owe me money? Namely, Dan Goossen.

Bro are you really knocking Floyd for fighting Ricky Hatton? That was THEE fight. Like cmon man. You think the Pac-Floyd is crazy you shouldve been here during Floyd-Hatton hype it was this x10.

Again, what sense does it make to fight Shane in your first fight back after that layoff? Hes entitled to take a tune up and shake off ring rust. Why cant Floyd take a tune up but EVERY other fighter can with no beef.

Bull****, like who would he been accused of ducking? The one fight in 08 that people wanted to see was Floyd-Cotto. If he would of fought Cotto who would he have been accuse of ducking?

Nobody that matters is accusing Floyd of ducking a fighter because he fought Shane. But, they would of accused him of ducking cuz he fought Cotto who was a legit opponent?

How can you criticize a fighter for going after his biggest payday of his life? Are you really going to hold that against Floyd because he made the best decision for his career and family?

Even a prime Cotto and prime Margacheato would not beat Floyd.
