See i dont care about why or who wants it. If its good lets do it. If a fighter wanted a athletic comish to impose strict reviews of suspect scorecards turned in and judges to be held accoutable based on the review I would be all for it. I dont care if the guy is asking for this right before he fights my favorite fighter implying that he has a hookup when it comes to scoring. If its good for the sport lets do it asap. Agendas aside.
You Guys Have To Admit That This Isnt Right

ok... saw this example in the other thread.Innocent till proven guilty, huh?
You realize he and his team are rejecting the only possible way to actually prove whether or not he is either. So when a innocent man refuses to prove he is innocent, what do you assume?
You cannot just take someones word in situations like this if they are unwilling to prove they are telling the truth. This whole thing could be finished easily. If I was the best boxer in the world, i'd expect people to have bad things to say about me and I'd shut them down each and every time.
The blood testing imo although proposed by Floyds team, is something that this fight needs anyhow, and any other fight. This fight is so big, so huge, that IMO some things have to be done different to secure the resutls legitimacy .
say your girlfriend accuses you of cheating. this su****ion started from a less-than reliable source (lets say a crack head). your girlfriend asks you to take a lie detector test to prove you are not cheating. say you werent cheating, and the sole basis of the su****ion is the crack head. do you:
A. Take the test to prove your innocence
B. Break up with the *****
C. Try to compromise a way to prove your innocence without going through something so drastic
you go for option C, then the crack head and your girlfriend start saying you are a cheater.
you now go for option B.Last edited by aether; 12-27-2009, 10:28 AM.Comment

and no one has solid evidence he isn't a liar either.
Crazy how the works, huh?
You also have to wonder why he'd turn down so so so much money (that he'd get in this fight) to avoid proving himself innocent.
Say what you want, but at the end of the day, pacman is the one who looks su****ious. Sure, floyd came in heavy against JMM, but still under the initial limit they agreed on (147), and he paid his fine for it.. and agreed to the stipulation pacs team proposed if he were to try and come in heavy again.
You should be discussing boxing with ******s...Seriously, They would comeback with *****, stans, Gay something etc
Usain bolt was innocent like thousands of pro athlete around the world and they all still have to take a more intrusive test that Mayweather and pac.Comment

This is a terrible example. In relationships you never wanna go with the " he say she say ", i'd be offended my girl even believed someones word over mine but I'd clear the air in a heart beat unless I had something to hide.ok... saw this example in the other thread.

i can see why manny would choose option B. but that's just me.
You're burying yourself. If my girl is insecure over something she heard, **** it, I'll restore her security, prove her wrong, and rub it in afterward (make her as apologetic as can be, rofl).
Now, back to the real issue at hand. Pacman is being called a criminal (to the sport he partakes in). Don't look at it as he's being wrongfully accused (as many have before him, in other predicaments, and proved their innocence) look at it as he's being paid 40 million and some change to prove his innocence and refuses. I smell fish...
To be honest.. for 40 million you can stuff a tube up my **** hole.Comment

Wrong again, theyre agreed on 145 catchweight. its a catchweight lol. do ur research. *****s are really ignorant bastardand no one has solid evidence he isn't a liar either.

No, the fight was INITIALLY 147, Floyd ALWAYS said it was 147. Only JMM and Co said 144-145 catch. There is no research to do. For the record, I hate floyds guts, but I know right from wrong and can read logic very well.
and you said 'wrong again' as if I was wrong about something prior? Lol, idiot. I'm still correct, first off.Comment

as a fan of the sport, i would like stricter testing and would want the fights to be as fair as possible as much as anyone out there. but you gotta see were manny is coming from on this one. saying that he is ducking the tests cause he has something to hide is completely preposterous.Comment
