Just look at the damn forum, a complete waste of bandwidth. If you use your common sense you would know, if say for example you're the one being accused of using PED's and people are already accusing you as a cheater when they've got no proof and you have not given your side about the issue and the other side not accusing you and looking at reasons why you haven't taken the test. Which side do you think is being fair and objective?

2. Disruptive to his training (Yet Shooting movies, preparing for concerts not an issue)
3. Will make him weak LOL.......
4. Superstitions LOL...... this one really they must have been joking...or must of been lost in translation.....
5. Manny was disrespected and will not then do the test out of principle (yet they looking at Paulie as an option LOL......)

Did that refusal came from Pacquiao's own mouth? article sometimes can be misleading. A lot of the articles came from either Arum or Roach statements.
