Do you think that was an impressive performance? Joshua was a domestic level fighter back then. Or was it only a good performance beating Dillian Whyte for Tyson Fury and Moses Ituama?'

Whyte was miles outside of his peak, and faded badly as a fighter 'Even when he fought Tyson Fury'.

Note: Moses Ituama is supposed to beat up and blast out Dillian Whyte 'Surely you must understand that? Hardcore boxing fans should really understand how the promotion game works. Match making is not there to dupe hardcore boxing fans, it is there to mainly create narratives in the minds of a more surface level sports fan'.

Surface level i.e. casual boxing fans, will know all about Dillian Whyte 'He beat Chisora, was smashed up by Fury and produced good effort vs Anthony Joshua'.

If so many people believe Moses Ituama is a future dominant heavyweight Champion 'Why is beating Dillian Whyte an impressive performance, at this stage of his career?'

A few months ago, masses of people were all complaining with the prospect of Whyte vs Joshua III.

No, I won't be that impressed if Moses Ituama beats Dillian Whyte in impressive fashion 'Because Whyte is there for the taking. Even if Whyte somehow wins this fight, I would not be surprised in the slightest if he is annihilated by Anthony Joshua in a trilogy fight'.

There are no sparring stories being spread on a street level about Moses Ituama 'I honestly don't think he has dominated any of the top British heavyweights in training. If he did? We would all in varying details, know about those sparring sessions'.

As Darren Till a mixed martial arts fighters stated in his own words 'In this boxing world people talk, it is a close community'.

Like I stated in my previous post 'Moses Ituama appears to have those Rid**** Bowe type genetics. I think his team may have to capitalize on his ability as soon as possible. I would imagine that he is training with a high level of work ethic, but even still? I don't think Ituama is in great condition'.

I don't think he is the innate athletic ability of Anthony Joshua or the innate fighting ability of Tyson Fury 'He seems somewhere in between those two fighters'.

To conclude: Boxing as a sport wants superstars 'Certain folk in the game think Moses Ituama could be one of the next big boxing stars in British boxing. That is why there is a mass co-ordinated narrative being pushed in the media about him'.

Some people will be highly influenced by this 'I am not; I will wait until Moses Ituama really starts beating top level fighters' etc.

I never said id be impressed if he beat whyte i asked if you would and on your last sentence you're basically saying you dont personally have eyes for boxing and you wont listen to the people who hype him

If you are so educated in boxing surely you wont just sit on the fence..

You spouted a whole lot of nothing with zero opinion its more a book about how people shouldnt listen to hype and they cant make a guess if hes going to be this or that in the future

Part of the fun in boxing is predicting whos going to be what and you just sit on the fence so you can never be wrong and use your incredible hindsight in discussions

Crazy when you think about it. When Thompson sparked him in 1 round it was genuinely shocking, to me at least.
Yeah i didnt think it would have been Thompson who looked like he was underwater when throwing punches but i personally seen his defensive flaws in his attacks but he did look good

You saw what essentially none of us did. Crazy how clear things are in hindsight. Hindsight is 20-20

Looking back, the flaws are so clear. Don’t know how I didn’t see them at the time.

His style and engine works well in amateurs, not pro.

Boots was a legit titlist at 147, unified, he beat top 5 guy in Stanionis.

There are loads of questions though I agree. Can he take a punch because his brother certainly couldn’t. What’s his gas tank like etc
The chin is what I'm most curious about. He sparked out Wach, McKean and Balogun but none of them have the best reflexes or offensive prowess.

Itauma looks to have great timing, reflexes and power with some solid skills. Guys with developed offensive arsenals (and Itauma has that arsenal) always look scintillating mowing down inferior opposition. I'm curious what happens when he fights someone who can deliver their own bombs to his chin.
