They said 50/50 in the middle east, BUT if the fight occured in the UK Fury should get the bigger piece.

That's why y'all are relying on hypotheticals. The video and articles state what I've been saying because I actually read and watch them. I'm not reacting to the headlines. Even this article shows Usyk's team avoided the fight.

        No.

Usyk got that deal because he was a mandatory. AJ got that deal because he was a champion facing a mandatory.

Joshua put up a better two fight offer than the single fight mandatory purse, so Usyk took it.

Fury v Usyk would be a voluntary defence for both fighters.

By that logic Usyk getting 50% in the rematch against Fury is a better deal than the one AJ gave him lol.
Also that doesn't change anything. If having the belts makes you the A side why didn't Usyk negotiate a deal in his favor for the rematch? The belts didn't matter it was always AJ's brand and popularity that made him the A side.

No matter how you spin it Usyk is the one that ducked Fury.

After reading some new information via Bob Arum my view as well. I think providing Uysk and even Fury( if he fights) and wins come December the Saudis will be ready to stump up big money by the end of the year for that fight . Only thing is I just wish boxing people would of been more transparent with the fans.

Chisora earned double the purse of Usyk in their fight, and got a 60% share of the PPVs.

Anyone who thinks that 50/50 was realistic in any Fury/Usyk fight is living in a dream world.

Usyk and his team of chicken farmers got greedy.

In your opinion. Well never know until he fights both. And if he hasn't got the balls to finish off the sequence? Then we'll just never know.

Because it was a contracted rematch. Agreed before the first fight in the event it was needed. How is he renegotiating that? It was literally negotiated for the circumstances in which he would be holding the belts.

Do you know what a mandatory is?

Usyk was entitled to 25% for one fight. That's it. I'm guessing he got a bit more than 25% plus a rematch. If it wasn't a good offer he could have just taken the 25%. It was his choice.

You either have memory problems or you are deliberately lying. They didn't say anything about Usyk getting less than 50% if it happened in the UK till 6 months after the original deal was struck.
