70/30 was an offer that was intending to break down negotiations. When it didn't, they just went to the next unpalatable offer by withdrawing the rematch.

This fight sounds like it would have been easy to get done if they wanted to. 60/40 to Fury with the same split to the winner in the rematch. That would be about right.
