However Whyte has shown a willingness to get in the ring against guys who pose a threat to beat him. I give him that much.

I can't even give Ortiz that. I'm supposed to believe the guy who looked atrocious against David Allen, Malik Scott and Christian Hammer is the same guy that everyone is afraid to get in the ring with?

I jumped in this fray not to defend Whyte but because I think it's laughable to think that anyone is ducking King Kong Ortiz.
I love it when this discussion comes up and people pick apart Whyte’s resume. It’s hilarious because Ortiz doesn’t even have a resume to pick apart.

I'll give him respect for taking decent fights. But not credit for losing them.

I'll give him credit for his wins though, which are far more credible than Ortiz's. Parker, Chisora, Hellenius, Rivas, Povetkin (like it or not). They're all decent enough wins.

Ortiz can’t beat the top heavyweights because he has a weak chin.

Ortiz has to be one of the most overrated fighters in modern boxing, one good win in like 5 years but because he’s Wilders marquee win it’s “muh boogeyman, everybody ducks him duh”.

despite the fact he derailed a mandatory shot at AJ by failing a drug test and getting himself removed from the rankings and turning down an offer to step in for Miller despite saying he would be willing to do so.

Also reports he turned down a few million to fight Whyte, always thought that was Whyte saving face but after the clear ****ery team Ortiz pulled with AJ I’m actually 50/50 on who’s talking **** on that one.

People may dislike Dillian Whyte, but he has 'The 3rd to 2nd best resume overall in the entire heavyweight division'.

He actually has a deeper overall resume than Tyson Fury. Take Kiltschko & Wilder out of Fury's resume, and Whyte has a deeper resume etc
