Man, you can say whatever you want, thing is, Whyte is fighting much better competition than Ortiz, who is known for being stopped by Wilder twice.

And there is a history of Shyte calling out Ortiz, only to backtrack when King Kong calls his bluff.

Luis Ortiz has accepted a verbal challenge from Dillian Whyte for a heavyweight showdown next year
Luis Ortizs manager on Dillian Whyte: Luis Ortiz would love to take that fight. Britains heavyweight contender could be seeking a new opponent before a rematch with Alexander Povetkin

I don’t believe that at all. I’ve been saying this throughout this whole heavyweight era. There’s four or five guys that can fight while everyone else is on the same level.

Ortiz beat Jennings how long ago? So his one notable win was 5+ years ago against a dude who's claim to fame was he was marginally competitive against Klitschko once and who's also been sparked out by Rivas and was dropped by Dimitrenko. That's the resume of our bogeyman? Oh and he got sparked out by Wilder twice.

I've never seen a dude rated so high by some for getting KO'd.

Ruiz was down for the Ortiz fight, he said it's up to Haymon. So either Haymon didn't want Ortiz to fight Andy for some reason or Ortiz didn't want that smoke. Meanwhile Andy trying to make other relevant fights and Ortiz just claiming to be avoided.

Ortiz has been calling for AJ since 2016 and is still calling him out yet when the phone rang he said no. I don't even rate Whyte very highly but Ortiz resume is nowhere near as good.

            because of money.

the heavies are just holding out for pay days against one of the big 3.

I mean, Shyte himself teases that he wants that smoke but then always finds a way to avoid Ortiz.

You say he's not a boogeyman but obviously something keeps stopping Dillian from following through with that fight.

It looks that way. Ortiz is too risky and might derail those fantasies.

                He really isn't though.
Wilder is better than all of those guys and a prime Jennings is at least on par with them.

I don't know why people act like Whytes resume is so great they are all gatekeeper types.
Chisora, Rivas, Takam even Povetkin and I don't care if he won a title all of these are just known for losing every time they step up. Jennings also. They're all at the same level and none are anything special especially a 42yr old Povetkin who could barely walk to the ring unassisted.

Same reason he won’t fight Charles Martin. FEAR.

Not saying he fought Takam or Jennings btw just saying them also.
                      All around the same level.
Gatekeeper types that lose everytime they come close to world level.

Charles Martin is probably in truth around that level also yet he is deemed a joke. Why?
He's probably no worse than the other gatekeeper types Whyte seems to get so much credit for beating.
