The answer to the other question of what will Floyd do without Pacquiao is pretty simple. He would have to fight Sugar Shane at 147, which in reality the ONLY fight in terms of legacy that means anything of signifigance. Cotto is a good name to have as well, but Shane is the Ring champion and his career resume is outstanding. No other victory would get the "legacy" he is so desperate to achieve in validating his own delusions of grandeur. Is Floyd a great fighter? Yes, absolutely he is. But until he beats somebody of the caliber of a Shane Mosley or fights ANYONE he has a high probability of losing to he is NOT the best. Period.
