            No they wouldnt. Once they get there butt kicked which will surely happened then they will fight at there normal weight. To me its not a huge deal. The only thing that gets me upset is when people call a guy a punk if he doesnt fight someone that clearly has a huge size advantage on them in the ring

                I believe the IBF enforces a 10-lb max re-hydration rule for title fights

                      No they wont. People will cut a few pounds but they wont be cutting 30-50 pounds like they do now. Its not like if Margarito doesnt cut then he will be fighting RJ. All those guys will be higher too
