If it is canceled, you get suspended for say 1-2 years and heavily fined. It will be the same as when you hear Promoters suing "Artists" for backing out on the same day as when they were supposed to show.
Happens twice, you lose your license and can't try to get another one for 2+ years if ever. Let's see if that works.

Its kinda easier to detect loaded wraps when the ref and both corners have the opportunity to feel the wraps before the fighter is gloved, in the ring.
