i guess this fight will happen but whether you think of it as a tuneup or a big fight. decide one or the other. don't excuse it as a tuneup and claim it to be a big fight as well.

nothing wrong with floyd wanting a tuneup but let's treat it as it is. it could be like manny's tuneup against larios. manny was trying to get used to 130 and he fought a very good 122 fighter at 130 to prepare for the morales rematch.

We call it a tuneup because the bigger picture is Pacquiao, that doesnt mean Marquez isnt a great fighter but rather there is a bigger picture to get to. Some would have called Sturm a tuneup for Oscar, yes Sturm was/is a good fighter, but the bigger picture at the time was Hopkins.
