Sasakul KO, Ledwaba KO (2weeks notice), Larios UD, Barrera TKO 1x, Morales KO 2x(only man ever to do so),
Marquez SD, De La Hoya TKO (Only B-hop has done it), Hatton, Cotto, and Floyd.

Thats some criteria... He beats Hatton, Cotto, and Floyd would definitely boost him close to top 20-30 for sure. Just the resume alone gets it but whats even crazier is how he did it... He demolished people he wasn't suppose to moving up from 108.
