No ****ing way Pacquiao KOs that version of Castillo... 0 chance that he gets stopped.

Calling his chin iron is underrating Castillo's chin.

wait for the pacquiao/hatton fight to end, you might change your mind about that

        Pacquiao's straight left > Casamayor's.

Even if he did keep getting up, Pacquiao's chin is unreal... I'm not sure Corrales could break it, and Corrales going down a million times to the left hand means that he loses a decison if it goes the distance.
Casamayor was also in his prime and might get the nod as a better technical boxer than Pac. Casamayor actually had a strong left and it was sneaky at times. He also had a nice jab and an arsenal of punches; hard to hit as well.

        Pac can be hit.

Pac's been hurt in his fights even after he matured.

Corrales is much bigger in punching power than anyone Pac fought. We don't count Shot/weight-drained Oscar who couldn't land a punch.

Why would that change my mind? Hatton's chin isn't exactly stellar.

Listen... chin is something that I value very highly, and because of that, I REALLY pay attention to it.

Castillo's chin is on par with someone like Chavez... Baldomir... Margarito...

Just incredible. 0 chance of a KO.

              Agree to disagree.

Good luck finding any non-Pacquiao fans that believe that he gets the KO though...

Senseless topic. Pacquiao by a million miles. The Poll speak for itself. Pac's win over Oscar just made Floyd a joke.

pacquiao style/workrate and speed would be too awkward for the guy...

diaz is slow and a plodder; not that great to test Pac like the others.

Oscar was a corpse; not a good test.

I'm not sold on him being that much better, yet.

Actually, if you think about it, it might not really be as you think it is. Just because someone disagrees with your opinion doesn't make them a hypocrite. I would say that someone who has one set of rules for one guy but another completely different set for another is closer to a hypocrite.

You're looking at all this as though I'm saying Pac is a bad fighter, which is way off track, but you can't see that because someone is not agreeing with what you're saying and not saying that your favourite might not just be the best fighter that ever walked the face of the earth.

Just because someone disagrees with you does not make them hypocritical. Let me put it this way, and you can go back and read what I wrote earlier. Right now I think Mayweather is a bit ahead of Pacquiao based on his wins, championship run and defenses, who he faced and how he won, and his overall loss/win record and divisional dominance/division titles held.

Pac has won titles from 112 to 135. Mayweather has won titles from 130 to 154. During those title runs Pac has lost twice, once by KO, and drawn twice whereas Mayweather has not lost yet. Now, this is the big bit, champions faced and beaten with records at time of fight/s and weight.

                      Pacquiao:
                      Sasakul 31-1 W 112
                      Singsurat 18-0 L KO3 112
                      Ledwaba 33-1 W 122
                      Sanchez 31-9 D 122
                      Julio 44-3 W 122
                      Barrera 57-3 Wx2 126, 130
                      Marquez 42-2 D, W 126, 130
                      Morales 47-2 L, Wx2 130

                      Velasquez 42-10 W 130
                      Larios 56-4 W 130
                      Diaz 34-1 W 135
                      DLHoya 39-5 W 147 (no title)

                      Mayweather:
                      Hernandez 38-1 W 130
                      Manfredy 25-2 W 130
                      Vargas 40-6 W 130
                      Corrales 30-0 W 130
                      C. Hernandez 33-2 W 130
                      Chavez 35-1 W 130
                      Castillo 45-4 Wx2 135
                      Corley 28-2 W 140
                      Gatti 39-6 W 140
                      Mitchell 56-4 W 147
                      Judah 34-3 W 147
                      Baldomir 43-9 W 147
                      DLHoya 38-4 W 154
                      Hatton 43-0 W 147

Now, I'm not going to waste the time to go into where each guy was at in his career at the time of each fight 'cause that would take way too long and be much too boring.

Now, you can see Mayweather also has more one division dominance at 130 as well as all the other fights and that's not including his other title fights against guys that were not champion themselves.

This is not a pissing contest or some pathetic thing about trying to make a favourite look better than everyone else, because I like Pac a lot more than Mayweather, but, I think he had a better championship run, fought more champions at their prime weights and two undefeated champions as well as being unbeaten throughout his whole career.

In those alone Pac is 12-2-2, while Mayweather is 15-0-0. That does not include all title fights with everyone, these are only the fights against other title holders (current/future title holders).

The thing is, if anyone says either guy is way ahead of the other guy in All Time rankings then they are not looking at this rationally at all and are judging it on who their favourite fighter is, because it is simply impossible for either guy to be way ahead.

I have Mayweaher ahead because he is undefeated, fought more champions, dominated a single division and, in my opinion, fought more prime champions. That's it, no hate, no nothing, just a simple opinion based on looking at each guy, knowing their fights and whole careers.
