Is Oscar De La Hoya an all-time great?

I have no problems with that. I just can't even believe someone would dare try to say Tito wasn't a real middle when Oscar De La Hoya has made THREE STRAIGHT FIGHTERS move up, two of them lightweights!Comment

What do you mean "So"?? Doesn't change the fact that Hopkins was fighting a blown up welter. People are quick to hate on Oscar but deny **** when it comes to their fighters. Quit trying to flip ****.Comment

No one really stood out as the top welterweight during that period. That was the disappointing thing about the matchups. Terrific fighters, but the fights, especially involving DLH, were close and all controversial decisions. Trinidad clearly beat Whitaker, but Whitaker had been inactive and in rehab.Comment

Forbes fought Berto at 147, I didn't see him catch any heat.Comment

Because blown up welters don't KO middleweight champs in five rounds...something NO ONE (not JERMAIN TAYLOR, not BERNARD HOPKINS) could do until Joppy was completely and utterly SHOT.
Blown up welters don't ruin two careers at 154 like Tito did.
Wanna see someone blown up? Take a look at Oscar's last fight. See that little man called Forbes? Yeah, you get the point.Comment
