No but he is a legit middleweight isn't he? He was a two-time champ at the time Tito fought him, wasn't he? And yet Tito dropped him a billion times (sometimes dropping him twice off ONE punch) yet neither Hops NOR Jermain Taylor a million years later could do that. But Tito wasn't a real middle. Sure. Even though in his next fight after Hops he KO'ed another former middleweight champ in four quick rounds.
