So why not hate those people rather than Joe? Seems to me that people who hate a boxer "because some people think he's a God when he's not" are slightly twisted and possibly need medical attention.

because he's overated and too scared to take on solid contenders. He will do anything to protect his "0". Calls himself a legend killer after ducking all the good fighters in their Primes. Now he fights them when they are old - wins BS decisions based on weak ass flurries (slaps) innefective punches..half of them miss and they count as landed. You can't love a boxer who goes into a fight not intending on hurting his oponent, instead tries to rob them by looking active and throwing short weak slaps.

On top of that, his fans think he's the greatest ever, and he has done nothing to prove it, some say he woops a Prime Hopkins, when even the 43 year old 3 punch per round version arguably beat him.

MOST OVERATED boxer today, it always seems like he's on the brink of being exposed but cunningly avoids it. If he takes on a legit contender instead of fighting washed up Jones and old hopkins, maybe he will be considered great. He and his fans think he's great, if they thought he was just a good boxer, then that would be cool..but they go around acting like he's the best in the last 30 years..and what has he done?

If he pulls something uncowardly, and decides to take on a tough oponent to prove himself - maybe he wouldn't generate all the hate.

The only reason he decided to fight Hopkins was because he figured he was old and had nothing left. Boy was he wrong...almost got exposed in the first round.

He's fighting Jones because he thinks its an easy fight, he's content with Mikkel Kessler and Jeff Lacy as his best wins. Legend killer
