didn't bernard hopkins disrespected puerto rico and said that "i would never lose to a white boy" see the thing is black boxers today act like little bitches. they talk too much and they say racist **** because they can get away with it. but when they feel people dont like them they turn into that "victim of racism bull****." i dont have respect for black boxers today. they aren't half of what the black boxers before. black boxers before are the best. joe louis, sugar ray leonard, sugar ray robinson, ali, foreman, holyfield, tyson, bowe and the list goes on. black boxers before fought their ass off and knock their opponents out because they fought for freedom, fought with their heart, fought with their pride, fought for their family, they fought for their race and fought so that people will respect them. i think that is what the difference from black boxers before than black boxers today. see, the black boxers today already got the recognition so they just talk the crap but dont do **** in the ring. they talk more but cant back it up. yeah they win but the fight is hella boring. i mean this is what i am seeing. they talk and talk and talk but less action. unlike before tyson would talk but the fight is crazy win or lose the fight is worth the pay. but today i give all my props to mexican, puerto ricans and filipinos. they fight their ass off.

i am not saying as a whole race. i am talking about black boxers today. look blacks are dominating the sport and it's ok. u dont see black people act like a total ass in NBA, Football, Tennis, Baseball, hell even in MMA and even ****ing golf. they dont do that but this black boxers think they are ****. but they ****ing cant put the trash talk in the ring. all i can say is that they are all tyson and ali wannabes talk and talk but they cant bring the action.

If u ask me, Wright's comments are RACIST! He basically said that fighters of other races fight with no style and have a face first/slugging style, while black fighters fight with style and pizzazz.

And if I had to pick a style that lacked pizzazz it would be Winky's style. Pizzazz is Ray Leonard, Ray Robinson, Shane Mosely, Roy Jones, Pernell Whitaker and sure, when he's on Floyd Mayweather. Pizazz is using movement, slipping punches and countering. Pizazz is making your opponent miss and making them pay. A pizazz fighter can fight defensively and still be entertaining.

Winky grinds out victories. Sure, he's good at it. But he plods around behind his jab just grinding out victories. We all have an idea of what Pizazz is but I'm sure that nobody would consider it to be walking forward behind a high guard throwing out a southpaw jab for twelve rounds.

Let's cut the bull, white people are more likely to embrace a white fighter and latino people are more likely to embrace latino fighters. Call it nationalism, call it pride, whatever. That's the truth, period. So this jealousy, if you will, that we're hearing from Wright and Mayweather is nothing more than the historical one-sidedness that America has always given to black people and HBO is just as guilty. The truth stares people in the face everyday and they refuse to look at it.

Both Floyd and Winky are whining coz they want your attention. They want us to praise their achievements or their self-proclaimed greatness. They want accolade but they don't want to test the water. But make no mistake they are very skilled fighters pound for pound at that. The problem is they use their BIG MOUTH to do the talking not their GOD given skill of boxing. Again, they talk about racism, but they themselves are talking **** or racist about other fighters. They even belittle other fighter’s talents or achievements(it’s so low and ignorant). Is it jealousy to the highest level? ABSOLUTELY 100%.

Pavlik, Cotto, Calzaghe, to name a few or even Pacman, who most boxing scribe had a nod as a pound-for-pound best today, NOT bragging they are the best. The Pacman himself said before the Diaz fight, that he does not consider himself pound for pound best coz he says it’s only an opinion not a boxing match and all he care is to give a good fight for the fans. PAYING BOXING FANS love those said fighters coz they are giving what the people expect them to give. And that is a very good fight. They maybe have less skill than Floyd and Winky but they perform to the highest level they can. They are not being booed or being left out before the fight ends. And most of all they do the talking in the ring against worthy opponent and not in a press con or 24/7 hyping.

And that is exactly what FLOYD and WINKY wants and jealous about. Both(floyd & winky) wants us people to embrace them and glorify them like the way we appreciate Pavlik, Cotto, Calzaghe and Pacman. The problem is they don’t want to give us fans the fight we like. They always reason out of LESS MONEY, LOW REWARD and OPPONENT IS NOBODY (which is always the case and obvious favorite reason). They want more MONEY but they don’t reciprocate a damn good fight (most fans hate boring fights isn’t it) and they want LEGACY but they are not fighting the best out there.

Now people decide… do they really deserve our appreciation or not…

Do I think HBO commentators hate on PBF, hell yeah. The undermine and hate on him to the fullest. But do they hate on black fighters?.......I just dont see it.

Winky never got mainstream love because he doesn't have an exciting mainstream style.

A fighter like Pac or Cotto will always be more exciting than them regardless of ethnicity.

If Pacquaio was black he would still be a big money fighter and still get more mainstream attention than Wright......Berto is a great example. Black fighter explosive mainstream style. HBO loves those types of fighters.

Few fighters jumping on the bandwagon, of the old p4p #1 I see. Completely stinks to be honest. There's a few black fighters that aren't talked as highly about as the #1 American fighter and they're only answer, is, it's cos I is black. Not even the typical question of it, a flat out assumption.

Could it be that they're just not as exciting to watch, not as good, not p4p, and have many genuine area's you to be criticised by the media and public? No no, far easier to just say it's cos your black isn't lads, Emanuel Steward's racist against black fighters, damn that guy.

That isn't true. Mayweather made 8 million plus PPV revenue fighting Carlos Baldimer and if you're making big bucks then you are "carrying the show". Delahoya got his biggest pay day fighting Mayweathwer and it's no coincidence he didnt make that money fighting Steve Forbes. It takes two to make a big fight nad that includes Delahoya. Hatton made his biggest payday fighting Mayweather for a reason.

Oscar made big money against Patrick Carpentierin Texas. He always makes big money. Floyd has needed DLH and Hatton to do big numbers since the Baldomir showing in my opinion. The fans expected a ko with all his tough talk and his ring entrance dressed as a gladiator, and he gave them a dud. That is when I vwas really turned off to Floyd and I suspect a lot of other fans were too. Since then he has only gotten in the ring with not the best at his weight, but proven attractions no matter what. AND both were built up by HBO with the 24/7 series. Maybe he could do big numbers against a guy like Clottey, but I doubt it. I have no doubt that both Hatton and DLHb would though. JMO.
