Really? In a thread called FINAL PREDICTIONS, where the poster said write your final prediction with no other commentary, the day before the fight?

Look, I know you have no spine, and are fake as hell, but at least man up and admit you were called out. Not only are you a hypocrite, but you're a coward too- you don't stand by what you say.

This thread is just proof of what many already know: Brits don't know **** about boxing. If you consider Calzaghe's resume impressive, you must not realize that the sport of boxing has fighters outside the boundaries of the UK...

I like lots of them.

Mosley - he has good character, nice guy, doesn't trash his opponents, great fighter, exciting to watch, doesn't fight dirty
Taylor - nice honest guy, good sport, good fighter
Brewster - spoke against dogfighting, Christian, not a dirty fighter, exciting to watch
Frazier - all time great - exciting, lots of heart, clean fighter, didn't trash talk
Leonard - 100% class in every way, one of the most talented of all time
Foreman - great guy, loved his country, on his best nights perhaps best heavyweight ever
Norton - exciting to watch, good character, didn't trash talk
Louis - great fighter
Lacy - good character, honest, not dirty, makes fights exciting by trying for KO
Barrett - real pro in every sense
Walker - exciting young heavyweight, underrated

And lots of others, past and present.

and if you didn't like the way calzaghe won against hopkins then maybe that person wouldn't think much of his resume.

I would take the very impressive out and say above average to good and then I agree. Based on the last few wins elevating the overall resume.

I never root for anyone, white or any color, if they have weak character. For example, I have no respect for Tommy Morrison.

It all about individuals. Shane Mosley is someone I can relate to, a nice guy like myself. He likes snowboarding as I do and is a good sport in and outside the ring. I used to box a bit, but never resorted to dirty tactics in the ring or criminal behavior outside, like Hopkins.

What kind of character do you think is not weak? Do you take into account marketing and promoting hype?

Also you must have very limited morals. If you peer into any public figures life hard enough they won't live up to any absolute standard.

That's why I don't give two ****s about what anyone famous does outside of their chosen artistic impression. If I did, I'd never watch ANY sportsmen, movies, music, etc. etc.

Yeah, you should also add some of the embarrassing losses these fighters (minus Mayweather) have and also that Jones and Toney were known cheaters by using steroids to enhance their performances.

Calzaghe is an undefeated legend and he did it without drugs!

Jones' losses all came when he was well past his prime, after he had taken a tremendous toll on his body. He was 48-1 (by DQ) going into his first loss.

James Toney's resume 5 year's into his career was as impressive as Calzaghe's is now (and he had more fights than Calzaghe does now).

And the champions count for each fighter is based on the big 4 WBC, WBA, IBF or WBO titles.

My bad about Reggie Johnson. I was quickly putting together this list, and thought he had won titles in 3 divisions. Either way though, he is still a multi-division champion.
