Do people really think this is the worst robbery ever?

I thought Ellis vs Patterson was a bit of a robbery, the only judge was the referee who scored it 9-6 for Ellis.

Patterson would've been a 3-time world champion if the decision had been given to him.

Many believe Jersey Joe Walcott was robbed against Louis. Louis did KO Walcott in their second fight while behind on points.

I do remember Pernell comes on pretty damn strong in the later rounds, but even if Chavez doesn't win another round, it would end up 116-112 on my card.

Now, I'm not the best judge in the world, or probably even in the upper half, but I can tell you that it means something when I see a brawler/swarmer win a round from a counterpunching slickster, because I usually see a slickster avoiding most of the incoming damage and returning some of his own, yet I still have Chavez winning 4 rounds.

But seriously... people act like this fight was a 12 round to 0 assbeating by Whitaker, and truth is, it wasn't. He clearly won. He clearly got screwed. It clearly was not even close to the worst robbery.
My Sentiments exactly i dont know why people make out that Whitaker was horribly robbed ,he win but it was still a relatively close fight IMO & not the landslide some people make out

Those were two all time terrible decisions. I have the Ellis-Patterson fight on tape. It was heartbreaking that one man stole the title from Floyd. At least Walcott got a rematch.

I couldn't find a 6th round to give to Chavez, but I had him winning these 5:

                  1, 2, 4, 6 and 12.

Bobby Czyz endorses the first 4 by the way, because he said he had Chavez up one after 7, and Pernell pretty clearly won 3, 5 and 7.

The reason many call this fight the biggest robbery ever is because it was two of the best in boxing p4p fighting each other.
I'm sure there are worse robberies where a fighter wasn't even competitive but still won but they aren't as big as this fight was.

Here is a fight from my country Finland that was awarded for the 'homefighter' Tony Halme even though he barely landed a punch.

I had Whitaker winning by several points. Bad robbery. So was his first bout with Ramirez. Maybe not the worst robbery ever, but if its not, what is? It was on par with the other bad decisions throughout history, and it was one of the most high profile fights in the modern era....
