a power shot by compubox, and a perfectly executed and 100% clean shot that connects and buckles your opponent are two different things. hatton only did the latter once. floyd did the latter more than 10 times.

Rocked in the first, rocked in the 2nd, rocked in the 5th and hanging on in the 7th and 9th. This took a lot out of him and thats WITH the ref's protection

Hatton wasn't rocked by the power shots, he was worn down and it didn't phase (hurt) him til round 8, he's used to that ****, see the Collazo fight. He was taking a lot of forearm smashes tho.

Floyd was hurt by a Hatton right hand about 6 seconds before he went through the ropes.

Only time in the fight I think he was genuinely hurt. You could see the look on his face change, he grabbed on, threw some elbows, then Ricky flurried and Floyd went through the ropes.

Dan Rafael gave Hatton 1 round so did Max Kellerman and most other sports writers and columnist gave Hatton 2-3 rounds. This falls in line with the judges score cards. 2 judges gave him 2 rounds. Even the 606 British blog which had a round by round similar to Dan Rafael had only given Hatton 2 rounds. Hell even Sky commentators gave Hatton only 3 rounds thats not to far off of the judges.

Dont be fooled by Ledderman, Merchant, Steward and Lampley it was not a close fight and the judging was not bad.

Round 2 at 2:19 in the other thread he takes a huge shot to the face but Cortez saved him. He was hurt.

**** a compubox, Hatton was gonna unload on him in R2 AND R5 after hitting him with huge shots

Floyd turns his back and ducks to ground on both occasions and Cortez runs in on both occasions.
