Mayweather v Hatton - Lets make a pact - No excuses guaranteed.

The word is that Mayweather has real problems with his hands, if this is true then then could he keep off the tenacious Hatton?

Hatton cuts up real easy and Mayweathers slashing, lightening fast shots could tear him to shreds.

However if both fighters pass their medicals and weigh in ready to fight then there should be no excuses. If you are not fit then you shouldn't fight.

Therefore both sides lets make a pact that if they both make it into the ring (obviously they should) then we should offer no excuses regardless of the result (obviously fouling, poor decisions etc do not apply)

If Hatton gets beaten either by better skills or by a breakdown of his body in anyway then I will come on here and congratulate Mayweather on a good win.

    Will you?

It wont happen, many will still find excuses, especially Floyd fans as they will not be able to take it in!

If Hatton finds a way to upset PBF, I will give Hatton his due becuase he would have done it at a heavier that he is used to and against the p4p best.

That's my point, this is boxing and anything can happen. You can act like a man and except it or like a child and offer excuses!

Yep fair play, also he is the under dog.

If Floyd wins then he deserves the plaudits and the respect.

The problem is that there are excuses that contribuite to how a fight plays out.
I dont think Mayweather's brittle hands are an excuse, more a statement of fact.
If Floyd doesnt hurt his hand and gets beat, then of course all the props go to Ricky, but we really cant say this until we have seen the fight.

Yeah, because if Floyd loses, it's probably because of a hand injury...lol......

Going sort of off-topic here, I know the fight is on December 8th, but does anyone know if they are going to show it on HBO? And if so, what time?

If anyone could tell me I'd really appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

Of course not, but you cannot deny that a hand injury could very well take place and potentially alter the outcome of the fight.
